Wellness Hotel Bulgaria / Уелнес Хотел България в Банско

Great hotel that's perfectly placed between the old town and gondola. We had one of the junior suites and the sofa bed was probably the most comfortable one I'd ever slept on. Breakfast was buffet, which set us up for the day with delicious range of fresh, hot and cold options, juices and bean-to-cup coffee. Facilities around the hotel are great, with pool, sauna and gym which were very welcome after a day on the mountain. The staff were fantastic and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The chap on reception was very helpful, going the extra mile by liaising with the local airport transfer provider as there was an issue with my booking (which I'd made direct, not through hotel).

Friendly service and clean rooms. We really liked it. The hot pool was perfect after skiing. We definitely recommend it.

A wonderful hotel in a perfect location with great facilities! My friend and I stayed at Bulgaria Wellness in early January for a ski weekend, and it was fantastic. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a convenient foldable drying rack. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The spa was excellent, featuring a warm water pool, jacuzzi, as well as wet and dry saunas—perfect for relaxing after skiing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely return

Very nice cozy hotel. Amazing location. Great staff. Only one problem: two of my friends got scabies in two different rooms! They should clean the beds and rooms better.
