I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was extremely clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Housekeeping clearly does an excellent job, and everything felt fresh and spotless throughout my stay. The spa facilities were fantastic — a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and everything was very well organized and clean. I also really enjoyed the restaurants in the hotel. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the service was friendly and professional every time. What impressed me was the reception staff. They were extremely responsive, polite, and always ready to help with any questions or requests, making the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bansko and would happily stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay in Bankso and the hotel was very lovely. Breakfast was very tasty with a really good selection of fresh omelettes made by the chef and other tasty pastries and meats. The spa was amazing. The hot tub could have been a bit cleaner but everything else was spotless. The hotel really care about their guests and even left us a sweet treat each night in our room which was so thoughtful. The free shuttle to the gondola was useful. Only a couple improvements I hope will be received constructively is better ventilation in the hotel because the smoking room smell leaks throughout the corridors as well as the ski equipment room was smelly. Also, I would suggest getting rid of the clinical bright white lights in the lobby and have warm lighting to make it a lot cosier. The white light hurt my eyes a bit. Also, save your euros and turn the heating down! We were so hot at night and had to have the aircon on in the middle of winter! Nice that you want to keep guests warm but it was sooo toasty and aircon dried our throats a bit. These factors are minor and in no way spoilt our stay we still had a fabulous time and we would definitely come back. Thank you lucky for a wonderful stay. Oh and they have a beautiful cat called lucky that stays in the lobby :) Glad we stayed here in the old town away from the new bit but still only 5 mins drive away from gondola. It was peaceful.

Absolutely outstanding 5-star experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, with stunning views. The facilities are top-class — the pool and spa area are perfect for relaxation. I highy recomend Ulia from the SPA The food was exquisite, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Every detail reflected luxury and care. Truly a world-class hotel, highly recommended. Our stay was wonderful and truly reflected a premium level of service. Everything is thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail, and you can clearly feel the dedication and care of both the owners and the staff. The hotel is perfect for families with children – calm, safe, and welcoming, where both kids and adults feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff is exceptionally kind, attentive, and responsive, always ready to help with genuine care and a smile. The small gestures made a big impression – a complimentary sweet treat every evening, and on New Year’s Eve we received a chocolate Christmas tree with a lovely New Year’s wish, which created a truly festive and personal touch. The SPA area is excellent – I had several massages, all of them amazing, highly professional and deeply relaxing. This is not just a place to stay, but a high-quality experience. An excellent choice for a premium family getaway. Highly recommended – we will definitely return!

Her warm personality, professional attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. Whether recommending dishes, helping with special requests, or simply greeting us with a smile, Diana delivered the kind of service that makes you feel valued as a guest. Hotels can be beautiful, and facilities can be comfortable, but it’s people like Diana who turn a vacation into a memorable experience.
