We stayed in februari. Decent place to stay at for this price. 7 min walk from the gondola and easy acces with a key lock. Rooms are decent, but the sleeping couch was not comfortable at all. Could also use more toilet paper and dish soap. Overall decent and would recommend if you want a cheap solution.

We payed 150 euros for the shitty spa facilities they offer. And when i asked for a towel they told me i need to pay deposit. Also the swimming pool has a bad smell and it s very badly kept. A lot of mould everywhere. The wardrobe an locker rooms are cold. No heat during winter. The whole complex looks bad and bad mantained. Old materials old furniture everything is decrepit. Bad bad choice

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone even its kind of cheaper. Here is why: - My room was not very clean at all, the roomkeepers just swipe the visible areas and leave. - Breakfast was not bad, this is the one extra star for service. - My soap dispenser was empty from day one! They didnt check it and even roomkeepers are not filling it! - Beds are very cheap and the pillows are just the worst! - Hot water comes from seperate boilers in each room. No central hot water in rooms so if you are a family, forget hot water. It will just end after the first person.. - Ski rental guy does not know English at all, it was a nightmare trying to have a conversation at all..

By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Don't get misguided by the old and good looking pictures they have uploaded here and on their booking listing, the hotel is a mess. I can't believe there was nothing good that I could mention.

My 11 old daughter was there on a School trip for a week and loved It. She sliced her heel on the swiming pool floor though. Near to the gondola, on the outscurts of Bansko.
