Exceptional stay – truly beyond 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our experience at Amira Boutique Hotel Bansko was absolutely outstanding and truly beyond what a 5-star hotel offers. The hotel features beautiful spaces, a warm and elegant atmosphere, and an overall feeling of luxury combined with comfort. The restaurant deserves special recognition. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptional, with amazing flavors and high-quality dishes. However, what truly made the difference for us were Krasi and Kiro. Their hospitality was remarkable — always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made us feel welcome at every moment and are the main reason we would choose this hotel again and again. Their professionalism and warmth elevated our entire stay. Our room was huge, brand new, and perfectly designed, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a separate bedroom. It truly felt like a real home rather than a hotel room, offering both comfort and privacy. The spa area was quite good and offers several options, although we believe it could be improved. Having a staff member supervising the spa area would enhance the experience. During our visit, there were many small children in the spa, shouting and throwing toys into the jacuzzi, which unfortunately affected the sense of relaxation.

Definitely not a 5-star experience despite how the hotel rates itself. The bathroom has a strong unpleasant smell coming from the pipes, so it can’t be left open. The shower design is poor, causing water to spread across the entire bathroom floor. There are severe cracks in the walls, and overall the property feels in need of refurbishment. The lift also requires maintenance — the doors don’t open properly and you have to push them to get out, which doesn’t feel safe or convenient. The reception staff are not as friendly as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The spa area could also use some attention, and the jacuzzi was not as clean as it should be. There are much better hotels in the area available for the same price, so unfortunately I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Big rooms, good breakfasts, the ski room is quite small and not enough warm. The cleaning is only to change towels and make the bed. The transportation to the gondola is not working like what they show at the front desk , you will have to go by foot. The rooms are quite big with a little kitchen
