7 POOLS Hotel and SPA в Банско

Upon our arrival at the hotel, there was no one at the reception desk. We walked past the receptionist, who only came to assist us after finishing her cigarette. She handed us the room keys without any courtesy or professionalism. There was not even complimentary water provided in the room. The duvet and pillowcases were dirty. When we reported this, the receptionist spoke to us with extreme rudeness and did not even bother to apologize. Most of the hotel staff barely speak English, making communication very difficult. We requested clean towels, which were never delivered. When we asked for a taxi phone number, we were told that only the hotel could call a taxi for us—clearly so they could receive a commission. We then decided it would be more convenient to rent a car. When we asked about this, the receptionist lied again, claiming that there was only one car rental option in the entire area and that we had to call a specific person for a price. This person had already been informed by the reception that we would call and that we were Greek. He immediately spoke to us in Greek in order to gain our trust and charged us an inflated price, once again so the hotel could receive a commission. As a result, we searched outside the hotel and randomly found another rental provider who offered us a fair price of €40 per day, instead of the outrageous amounts we were initially quoted. You pay for a hotel room advertised as having 7 pools, yet only ONE pool and the children’s pool were actually operating something that is not mentioned anywhere. I do NOT recommend this hotel. Please be careful and make sure to read the reviews, something we unfortunately did not do, which resulted in a very unpleasant stay.

We only tried spa. Good option to relax when its raining or when kids are already too tired for skiing. In the evening its getting full but in the morning there were only a few people. Spa includes several swimming pools, one for smal kids, whirpool, and sauna (located in changing rooms).

Great online service , we were unable to travel to 7 pools & Spa, and even though the free cancelation period was expired the Hotel agreed to make a full refund. We will try next year

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room/apartment is clean and spacious. The large pool is a highlight as you can swim in it, compared to other hotels that are too small. Two years ago, they had issues with too much chlorine in the pool, but this is solved now. The food is delicious. The staff is friendly. Parking is easily accessible. The location is just a short 5-minute walk to the ski lift. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
