Do not stay here!! Other than location, our entire experience was absolutely appalling!!! First, the staff are extremely unengaged, rude and will do the bare minimum to help you. I had asked simple questions about the resort for safety reasons as well as suggestions on alternative parking, etc and they were unwilling to help at all. We were in a private apartment so anytime I came to them, they refused to speak to me. I had addressed an electrical issue in the hallway (common area) and they just shrugged their shoulders and said the manager wasn’t in. Since there were no fire extinguishers or fire alarms, this was very concerning. I saw numerous guests at the front desk with a variety of concerns and arguments with management during our stay. We eventually left after only a few days due to a variety of reasons. I understand that the owner of the private apartment pays a resort fee so the management staff SHOULD still be supportive and accommodating to ALL guests! Unfortunately our holiday was ruined due to the management of this Aparthotel Aspen.

Great location, just 3 minutes walk to the gondola. Surrounded by pubs and restaurants so not far walk for food and drinks and ski hire places. Even supermarkets are nearby, perfect if u have young kids and want a self catering option. Good value for money, and great host in Andy. He can arrange everything you need for a ski holiday. And if you want a cheeky pint, he is your man too. Cheers kelvin and the girls.

Location is good (hence the 2 stars). The Aspen itself offers very poor customer service, the staff look like they’d rather be anywhere else but on the front desk and aren’t very helpful. The room itself was dusty, cupboards were hanging off and the sofa was covered in hairs from other previous guests and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was also no plates, cutlery, etc. in the cupboards so if you wanted to have drinks, food in then the option wasn’t there to do so. Would not recommend staying here.

First, let me tell you that the review concerns the restaurant and the spa only, without the accommodaiton. The complex was made with a plan- there is a big, well maintained inside garden which keeps you cool during the Summer. The outdoor pool is small but it is left totally uncontrolled- kids are jumping in the water all the time, adults play volleyball. You can not swim, you can not rest and you can not even stay longer in the pool without having a conflict situation with other guests. The steam bath was not working and the saunas were upon request. The food in the restaurant was ok and prices were moderate but it took them very long to prepare the food, portions of some of the dishes were really small. The only big beer was the draft which was undrinkable. It is difficult to find a parking spot, especially in the weekends. The whole complex is totally undestaffed as for 3 days we saw only 3-4 staff people, combining all the duties from reception, restaurant and everything else. On the other hand, it was clean and if there are no people, it could be a nice place to rest.

Could not get any worse. Lets start with the staff who do not speak any english at all and they are extremely unfriendly. The room we had was a disaster as well. Full of dust, mold, cracked walls and broken plugs, the room is at least dangerous for someone to live in, especially if he has a child with him. The “room cleaning” service could not be any funnier. Bed making were almost not existent and the rest of the room was still dirty ( no new towels / bedsheets, no cleaning).
