Small, family, budget hotel. If you don’t have high expectations and use the room just for sleeping like us, it is a perfect price / perfomance

Great, clean rooms with very nice balcony, with view to the snowy mountains! The beds were comfortable, the kettle and couch were really useful, all in all a great place! Really enjoyed our stay! The hosts here are really friendly, apart from room-related issues they helped me with parking (as it was a big problem in the area), offering both Bulgarian and English discussions. Didn't get the chance to try the sauna, but I know they offer it for some extra price. Might be worth checking out! Also, cute dog welcoming us at the reception!

The description mentioned parking and breakfast. There was no parking lot, just dust field a couple of blocks over. They charged breakfast an extra 3euro/day per person. There was no buffet, just a plate with the bare minimum of ham, cheese, butter and an egg, plus a few slices (4 slices for our 5 people group) of bread and cake. There's no milk for the coffee or water unless you ask. The rooms themselves were functional and clean enough, but there was a sewage smell coming from the bathrooms of both rooms we rented. Also there's no elevator, so if you're staying on the 4 floor like us, you might have trouble with heavy luggage. On the plus side, the rooms were very warm and there was hot water the moment you turned on the faucet.

This is a quiet friendly accommodation, perfect for not fancy requirements, it's not far from the pietonal street and from center, they have a small dining room in the same place with the reception,they have lockers for the skiing echipments on the first floor , it's clean only but they have a problem with the smell of sewage in to the bathroom. The personal it's friendly and are speaking basical English in order to understend your requests.

Located in a quiet area, very close to the city centre. A good spot to take rest for 1-2 nights, as there are plenty of rooms with different capacity.
