Very cordial staff. Great location for those skiing, just 8 minutes from the gondola and restaurants. The sauna and swimming pool, plus the pool and ping pong table were nice to unwind. Some rooms are a bit outdated, but overall very clean. Recommended

Though I wouldn't describe the hotel as elegant, it definitely supplies an endearing charm that immediately won over our group. The service is brilliant. The receptionist is a legend - extremely accommodating, and the hotel as a whole feels like a family home that we'd been invited into. Last but not least, the sauna and pool were a touch - especially after a long day of ski/snowboarding - huge value for money. Get. It.

A group of 18 of us booked this place for 5 night for our ski holiday. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Location is great as its very close to the Gondola and all the ski shops. Probably 5-7 min walk. It's also within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants. The breakfast wasn't bad but not too much variety. Customer service was exceptional. In fact a member of the group asked for a cab to go to a spa but as one wasn't available the hotel staff dropped them off free of charge. We would definitely stay here again if we come back.

Not good, not bad. We had some issues with staff regarding the check-in time, parking, no english speackers. Sauna its not worthed, the pool is not heaten. I would not choose this hotel for the wellness facilites. Location is good, 10 min walk from gondol.

I have stayed in this hotel for at least eleven times since 2011. The hotel is comfortable, clean and has a great spa. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Dinner is traditional and continental Staff are welcoming and ready to assist you. There is a shuttle service to the gondola but a brisk walk only takes 5 minutes to get there. I recommend this hotel without hesitation. Thanks Marina and all the staff
