Stayed here the other week and while l would return there is also room for improvement. Especially looking at the pictures online it appears modern, we definitely didn’t have a modern room. First we were told we had to go outside the hotel and walk to another entrance but the lady was kind enough to show up how to get the room from the same building. It is complicated getting to the rooms if they put you on the other side. It was also a long way to walk to the relaxation zone in a robe, with the potentially of many people to see you. My biggest upset was how noisy it was! For this I was very upset. Our room was near these metal doors that were constantly slamming from people coming in and out, all night and morning. This desperately needs to be fixed. I am a light sleep so it affected me a lot. Breakfast was ok with lots of variety and fresh omelettes with choice of ingredients. Most staff were very nice. Location is prime! The relaxation area was lovely but pool was freezing and all jacuzzis not working at once always switching off one or two.

We booked for a family ski break, 4 nights. Hotel was brilliantly convenient for the gondola, 5 min walk and has its own storage for skis but is also close to the ski hire shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean, big and well equipped, had balcony, good heating and hot shower / bath etc. beds were really comfy and big. Decor was a bit traditional and felt dated but it added to the vibe. The breakfast was fantastic, loads of choice English, continental, pancakes, omelets made to order, all the juices and hot drinks, fruit, cake, toast, everything and more. Hotel was busy judging by the breakfast attendees but you wouldn’t have known it otherwise. Has a nice spa with pool, sauna jacuzzi and relax area and payable treatments also. The staff were very friendly and attentive and we enjoyed a lovely picnic of sandwiches fruit, cake and water when we checked out early before breakfast on our last day. I would recommend this hotel for a break in Bansko, it does everything you need. Ticked all the boxes without being in your face.

Excellent facilities including spa, sauna, swimming pool and fitness, but the guest room was too small to accommodate two people. Shower booth was also too small. We had to struggle inside the booth. The hotel may have divided some of the standard rooms into two rooms. Consequently you can hear everything coming from the adjacent room. Excellent location with 4-5min walk to the gondola station and 1 min to the nearest ski rental shop, Tsakiris. Breakfast was very good, including omelet cooking on the spot and a variety of delicious food. Staff members were also very kind and responsive. Considering the price 90EUR/per night (I made a booking in November 2025), I wish to give 99/100 to this hotel except the too small guest room. Anyway, I will come back to this hotel next winter.

Thank you very much for the excellent service from the moment we arrived. We asked to be moved to a room with four single beds, and the staff assists us immediately with great kindness and professionalism. Everyone is extremely helpful and available for anything we need. The parking is very convenient, and we are offered a lovely surprise with a sweet treat, which makes us feel truly welcome. Thank you for the warm hospitality and the wonderful first impression.

Extremely disappointing experience. Our room was flooded due to the poor condition of the hotel’s system. This happened through no fault of our own, but because of technical issues the hotel is clearly responsible for. Instead of properly resolving the situation, we were moved to another room of much worse quality, with lower comfort and poorer conditions. To make matters even worse, the replacement room had a broken toilet and no hot water, which is absolutely unacceptable. The most frustrating part was the complete lack of apology from the staff. No one tried to make up for the inconvenience — there was no compensation, no upgrade, not even basic courtesy. It felt like this kind of situation is normal for them. Very poor service and an indifferent attitude toward guests. I do not recommend this hotel and will definitely not return.
