This hotel is more suitable for younger guests who are not looking for peace and quiet at night. The breakfast is good. The sofa is uncomfortable for sleeping and I would not recommend it as a bed. The bathroom is extremely small, and when you take a shower the entire bathroom floor gets wet. The “helpful” bus driver even offered a massage.

Spent a lovely weekend here. I cannot fault the staff who were all wonderful and went above and beyond. Great to have a shuttle service to and from the Gondola. Highly recommend. We shareda room for 2 adults and a teenager - the teenager had their own space in a mezzanine area which was perfect. Felt like they had their own room.

The hotel and the room was super clean and cozy! The staff was super friendly! The room was very cozy and the bed was super comfy! There was also an espresso machine with capsules which was unexpected but super pleasant !! The breakfast had big variety to choose from and everything was well cooked and very tasty! The location of the hotel is just perfect. They provide free parking space which meant there was no need to move the car around because everything was in a walking distance! We highly recommend it if you are looking for a clean , well maintained and super comfortable hotel!! We are very pleased with our choice and we will definitely book again once we get back to Bansko! Velinov Boutique hotel 15 min walking distance from Gondolo. Clean rooms. Very good buffet breakfast. Reasonable priced. Highly recommend.

I like it We was here 2 times and has nice price Location is good and they have private parking for some cars. Breakfast is good.
