Nice location but spa and steem room is not good Restorant is also nice

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Overall, it's a very nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms. It's close to everything – just a minute and a half from the gondola. One point for improvement – given the price and rating, the breakfast could and should be improved as soon as possible. One day, we arrived more than an hour before the end of breakfast and the scrambled eggs at the buffet were already finished. We had to ask for them to be refilled, but they only put out a small amount, just enough to meet the minimum requirement. Additionally, the breakfast was quite poor. There was hardly any variety, which is a bit disappointing when you're paying such a high price for a hotel. You could just as easily rent an apartment for the same cost.

Spacious rooms, clean, small parking. The hotel is located on a busy street and it's close to the town center. Staff was ok, the receptionist that checked us in was kind but too serious, didn't smile once. We didn't have bad experience but we will not go back there.

Nice Boutique Hotel in the center of Bansko. Easy to access, fancy, large rooms with everything you need. Rooms and bathroom were very clean, large beds, extra pillows. Balcony facing the mountain with great view!

Used Junior Suite. Generally acceptable, but the service execrable. Was charged 190E B&B per night, and even at this price (really expensive for Bansko, Bulgaria), we were abusively additionally charged at the check-out with 15 Euro per each night for a so called "fireplace usage", even if we did not used their fire woods available in the room. The receptionist was terribly rude. The breakfast was really poor, boiled eggs, tired scrambled eggs, cheap cheese and cucumbers. The shower was having a hard time draining the water and loaded with mold, bumpy pillows, you got the picture. For this kind of charge, you will find much better places in Bansko.
