This rating is low only vecause the hospital as a business and organization. It is not normal for me to spend there 4 hours for an eye exam even with extra examinations like in my case. There we just too many people booked for the day, organization needs to improve a lot. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the doctors and the care I received, 5 stars for them

I had a LASIK surgery almost year and a half ago in Specialized Hospital of Ophthalmology "Zora". I would like to thank Dr. Irina Kuneva and Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov, who were the two people that supervised the entire procedure - the initial checks, the operation and the post-operational profilactical checks for more than a year. Everything was handled with high professionalism, great care and personal attitude. The procedure itself went flawlessly and because of the support provided, I was at ease. I am definitely recommending the hospital and the staff!

I had operation for cyst on the left eyelid. Plamen Yordanov did the operation, he did not apply the anesthesia correctly and I was in pain during the operation, and after it I had bleeding from the nose. I also got problems later with the pupil on that side, not constricting properly. It was supposed to be a simple routine operation. I have had such operation before in another hospital without problems. I will never enter in this hospital again.

It is outrageous that you have an appointment at 12pm and need to wait for 3 hours for completing the service that can take 1 hour max (the duration of the appointment confirmed by a different doctor in another establishment). Complete disorganization and prioritizing of people that clearly came after you. Deffientely do not recomand. On top of everything some of the doctors are rude and arrogant. One of the most inadequate medical facilities I've ever been.

Exceptionally good care and professionalism while taking care of my grandmother and later a friend of mine! Thank you for the service!
