Everything is perfect. The water in the pool is hot, and the sauna is perfect. The food is excellent, and you have included wine, juice, water, and coffee (which was a nice surprise). You have a shuttle bus to the gondola. The staff is great and helpful. For the price you pay, it is the best in Bansko. It would be great if the shuttle bus started at 8:00 instead of 8:30. The swimming pool needs less chlorine. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing experience. During my stay, 200€ were stolen from my wallet inside my hotel room. I immediately informed the hotel staff, but they took no responsibility whatsoever and showed no intention of investigating the incident or compensating me in any way. I felt completely unsafe and unsupported. A hotel should guarantee at least basic security for its guests, which was clearly not the case here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values their safety and belongings.

We came for a ski vacation but the ski rent shop at the hotel was closed.. we managed to get the skis at the hotel next door where the guys were very kind, they also organized our transportation..

The hotel has a beautiful service and food but the ski rent was not opened but there is another ski rent at the hotel next to it .

Overall good. It's a fair deal. Pluses: Great breakfast. Nice spa. Rooms are very good size and quite clean. Minuses: A little bit of oldness can be felt everywhere. Also didn't like the fact that looks like they are trying to save energy - not all the light bulbs are mounted in the ceiling lamps , and you cannot light up the rooms properly at night (if you would like to).
