We traveled from Dubai specifically to stay at this resort, and the experience exceeded all expectations. We spent the most beautiful nights surrounded by mountains, in a peaceful and breathtaking atmosphere that truly refreshes the soul. The room view was stunning, and the room itself was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, reflecting a high level of quality and attention to detail. The staff were outstanding professional, friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, making us feel at home from the very first moment. Breakfast was excellent: fresh, diverse, and delicious, perfectly complementing the luxurious experience of the resort. Truly an exceptional stay and an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back.

The spa area was extremely disappointing. There was visible mold on the floor, and the jacuzzis were barely warm. For a hotel that promotes a high-end spa experience, this is simply unacceptable. The food situation was another issue. While breakfast was not bad, dinner was a complete disaster, especially considering it costs 30 euros per person. The buffet food was often cold, and the overall quality was far below expectations. The à la carte menu is overpriced and not worth the money. The pizza arrived burnt on the outside and undercooked inside at the same time. I also ordered chicken strips but got something that looked like sliced chicken from the breakfast buffet instead. Absolutely disappointing. Room service was impossible, sometimes the restaurant and bar just did not offer it without any explanation. Calls to the restaurant were another problem, they just never answered. Communication was also a serious problem. A part of the staff did not speak English, and in some cases not even Bulgarian, which is surprising for a hotel that presents itself as 5-star. On the day of our checkout we were informed that the bellboy has a day off and that we should carry our luggage ourselves. For a hotel in this category, this level of service is unbelievable.

Numbers do not lie, and paying for the right service can truly make your holiday unforgettable. We spent 7 nights at the REGNUM Bansko Hotel & Spa, and it is genuinely a 5-star hotel. It has preserved its traditional exterior charm while being fully renovated inside to a very high standard, offering a fantastic overall experience. We visited during a very busy period, yet the service was outstanding. The suite was on a very high spec. Reception area and bar had plenty space for everyone who wanted to chill and enjoy a coffee or drink at any time of the day. Restaurant and food was good with menu changed on daily basis - they also have baby chairs which make it a family friendly hotel. the kids’ club was lovely, and our baby spent plenty of time there. The spa area was excellent for us as well — a big swimming pool, two jacuzzis, and three saunas. Every single member of staff, from reception to the bar, housekeeping, spa team, and restaurant staff, made our stay truly wonderful. A very high standard hotel, warm, cozy, clean, well maintained, large spacious and luxurious rooms. Breakfast and dinner are varied and tasty. Hotel facilities are high level and it seems like that they have thought of all the little details. Shuttle services to the gondola and back are efficient. The staff is kind and very helpfull especially Alona who was nice and welcomed us with a big smile. Thank you so much🙏 we really enjoyed our stay🥰

It was like the moto says „beyond a stay“. The staff was super friendly and very welcoming, even that the booking agency messed up our check in time, the staff made sure that we could use the SPA and the gaming center for the Kids. The rooms was super clean and very cozy. It was far better than any hotel we was before. They were really helpful and we as a Family can and will highly recommend it. A big thanks to everyone that made our trip to Bansko/Bulgary something to remember and do again next year ❤️🙌
