A nice hotel to stay in while you’re skiing. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and while this hotel is a budget-friendly option, the support with regard to shuttles to/from the resort and ski equipment storage is excellent! If I return to bansko I would stay here again!

One of the worst places to sleep and relax. It was really filthy, there was no douche gel, or something to take a proper bath, they placed only a hand soap which was mixed with water in it, terrible experience. We paid for breakfast which was in a block table and there was only eggs, bread, jam and 1 orange sliced in one plate. For this price is definitely not worthy.

A very sweet and cute hotel with the most amazing owners. The lady at the reception was very helpful and polite. The rooms could be cleaner but the cleaning lady came every day to pick up the trash. The rooms were really warm and cozy, and there was always hot water. The only disadvantage was the noise, cause you could hear the people walking and talking on the hol from inside your room. I recommend this hotel if you don't expect anything too fancy!

One of the worst experiences I had with a hotel. The room was very filthy, dust and dirt in every corner. The bathroom floor was not clean at all. The next day we had our breakfast. The plates and cups were disgusting. It seemed like they just rinsed them and ready to serve the guest. Disgusting. The only good thing about this place is that it was very warm. Overall, an awful experience. I'm displeased.

Very cozy place not far away from the lifts. The staff is really friendly and there to help you. But you should take notice that while in your room you can hear other visitors, and the rooms aren't that clean (plus our room wasn't cleaned daily). But if you don't mind these issues then it's the perfect place for your vacation.
