The only good thing about this hotel is the location (close to the centre) and the food was actually ok. The rooms, the decor and the pool facilities need a lot of improvement...

Виж в GoogleThe hotel is a very good choice. It's clean (all places not only the room), its quiet, it has a reasonable price. The reception lady was polite and smily. The room we stay had mountain view and it was on the side of the park. The location is fine since its 5-10' walking from the center. The bed was very good especially for those having issues on their back etc We had a good breakfast. We paid by card but in BGN not Euro. Expect that everyone in Bansko is not accepting euros but only BGN (mostly in cash)
Виж в GoogleA person at the front desk was not so professional in the way how should communicate with a costumar of the hotel ,waived a finger to lower down the volum of his cellphone, beacos she can't workh out on her computer, the aptitude is not in a professional manner, yes, it's a minor matter, but finally we're in Bulgaria don't forget 😉
Виж в GoogleThe hotel is perfectly suited not only for holiday with the family but also for a groups with daily activities. Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Food is perfectly fresh, every day different varieties of meals. Outdoor garden of the hotel is perfect for morning or all day activities. Pool, not too big, but most important, clean. Sauna and steam bath - great. Never disappoint! Definitely will visit again!
