I stayed for three weeks and I wouldn’t recommend it for people working remotely. It turned out as a big disappointment. Pros: - The food is good. Breakfast and dinner are included, the quality is solid for the price you pay. - The hotel staff are friendly and genuinely try to help and make guests feel welcome. - They offered transportation to the ski lifts. Cons: - The rooms are quite old and on bad conditions. - During our entire three-week stay, we were the only people working remotely. We chose this place expecting a community of digital nomads, but most guests were families, often with kids. There was no co-living or co-working community feeling at all. - The working space does not match the photos or videos shown online. In reality, it is just one table near the lobby. This makes it extremely noisy due to check-ins, background music, and children running around. It is not a suitable environment for focused work. - We were never informed that shared spaces like the kitchen could be used. We only found out after the second week, and even then, no one was using them, which felt strange for a co-living setup. - The amenities advertised online (ping pong, gym, different spaces) are very misleading. Everything is placed in a basement floor and the quality is extremely low. Calling these amenities “perks” feels inaccurate. - The so-called playroom with video games is a very small room mainly set up for kids. During our stay it was messy, with toys everywhere, and not usable or enjoyable. - The spa was under construction during our entire stay, so despite being advertised, we couldn’t use it even once. - The hotel staff and the family who own the property live inside the hotel. Couple nights, we were woken up by loud noise from the chef returning late at night, visibly intoxicated, and throwing up in the hallway outside our room. We were initially surprised by the very high Google rating. During our stay, we observed one staff member, working as a chef, behaving unprofessionally by aggressively pressuring guests to leave Google reviews during meals. We also witnessed him taking guests’ phones and setting up the reviews himself. This made the high rating feel unreliable and not fully representative of the actual experience, especially since the restaurant and hotel share the same review profile.

We had a wonderful stay at np house hotel in Bansko and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that made us feel truly at home. The hotel’s location is excellent — with easy and convenient access to the ski area, which made our ski days smooth and stress-free. Everything was well organized and perfectly suited for families, combining comfort, friendliness, and efficiency. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and genuinely caring, always happy to help and ensure our stay was enjoyable. The overall experience was seamless and memorable, creating lasting family memories. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a cozy, well-located hotel with a personal touch. An unforgettable stay in Bansko!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was genuinely pleasant and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. What really stood out was the homey atmosphere, it's rare to find a hotel that feels this warm and inviting rather than just another generic accommodation. The personal touches and attention to detail made all the difference. The food was excellent throughout my stay. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was delicious and clearly prepared with care. You can tell they take pride in their kitchen. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for more than just a place to sleep, it's a place where you'll feel genuinely taken care of.

We had a very pleasant stay. We chose the half-board meal package, which suited our taste perfectly — varied and always fresh. We also enjoyed the sauna, jacuzzi, and the convenient shuttle bus service to and from the gondola. The team at NP House Bansko is doing a wonderful job; we truly have no complaints. The value for money is excellent, and we felt extremely well looked after 😁

I don’t like writing negative reviews. I always try to find something positive, as I am a professional myself. However, in this case, the amount of money we paid for our stay was excessively high for what was offered. The hotel is very old, almost depressing. The curtains in the rooms are dark and dirty, and the carpets are the same. The bath towels are extremely small for an adult body. The bathroom bin was full from the previous guests. I sent a message and someone came to change it, but it was something awful to see when I first opened it. The pillows were almost empty inside; you couldn’t properly support your head. In the bathroom sink, the drain cap was missing, so while washing I could see directly into the pipes. Also, the bottom of the shower is plastic, and when you step in, it sinks. I have no complaints about the staff. The food was average, and the location was good. Unfortunately, it is absolutely not worth the money we paid. I’m sorry to say that.
