MPM Hotel Sport в Банско

Great experience. Rooms were clean and well equipped with toiletries and bar. The hotel is located very close to the gondola with easy access on & off the slopes from the boot room. Nice walk into town and shops. Staff very friendly from the moment we arrived taking our luggage to the room and ensuring we had everything we need. Alex was very helpful and friendly. We have enjoyed our stay and very curious about visiting other parts of Bulgaria. We would definitely stay at a MPM hotel again

We visited January 2026. 7 people total, in 3 different rooms. The rooms were big and comfortable, with a lot of space for our luggage. We had a view to the slope from our window which was also nice. The AC was set to a very high temperature, but after adjusting it, it was very pleasant in the room. The service was great, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The food was AMAZING(!) Breakfast was really good but the dinner felt like a high class restaurant and everything was delicious (also to me as a vegetarian). The spa is decent - Outdoor Jacuzzi, wet and dry sauna, hot (not cold) and cold small pools for relaxing, and the big pool that was cold unfortunately. We got a massage there that was AMAZING, very relaxing and pleasant. The location is really great, you can ski down to the gondola, but the line during the weekend was so long we decided to skip it and grab a taxi to the top, which was 10€ per person. Most taxis can take 8-9 people easily, and the ride up takes about 20 minutes, similar to the time it takes the gondola to reach the top. There are 2 Ski equipment rental shops adjacent to the hotel which is convenient. The hotel is located 100-200 meters from the main town road which has all the bars and restaurants you want to eat at in the evening. Great experience, totally recommend.

during my stay here it honestly amazing. it’s my first time skiing and having the ski in ski out was so handy for me. the spa is gorgeous so easy to go to and always kept so clean. The cleaners are fantastic, they folded our clothes and always had the room amazing! Alex who works in front of house was so friendly and we got loads of free goodies during our stay couldn’t recommend this place enough. Location, service and overall stay amazing.

Our second year at the Sport Hotel for a short ski trip with friends. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff are very attentive. Good value four course dinner. The hotel has good pool and spa facilities and on site ski rental.

This is my first time in Bulgaria, so i didnt know what to expect . i have found everything in the MPM sport hotel to be exceptional in particular the staff and service, everyone is very friendly and very helpful . The food is delicious and its good to see that the menu has a strong Bulgarian influence as i like to always try the local produce and cuisine of the places i visit. Aleks deserves a particular mention, a very friendly and helpful guy , who explains the facility and how to get the best of the place in perfect English
