The location is good, but I would not rate this as a 4-star hotel. Some of the rooms get quite cold during the night, which made our stay less comfortable. The bathrooms share connected ventilation pipes, so we could hear everything from the neighboring room, which affected our privacy. The rooms are spacious but feel outdated and could use renovation. The spa area was decent; however, there was no staff present to maintain cleanliness, so the floors around the pools were very wet and messy. The room also included a kitchenette with a stovetop, but it was disabled and not available for use — not even for something simple like making coffee. The stovetop is shown in the room photos, and no one informed us in advance that it could not be used, which was disappointing.

I wouldn’t call it a 4 star hotel especially the service which was extremely poor ! During our check in we were handed a key and that was it. No explanation to where the lift was, how to get to our floor or what the amenities were or even where the restaurant was for breakfast etc. There were apparently shuttle buses to the gondola but we were never told about it or explained. The rooms were outdated and the bathrooms were very poor where our one kept leaking every time you took a shower and flooding the floor. We stayed there for 8 nights for new years and it was definitely not a 4 star experience for the money we paid . On our checkout date at exactly 12:00 we had the cleaner banging speaking in Russian very aggressively pointing at the time and phone saying we needed to leave . The check out time was 12 indeed and we were literally zipping our bags and leaving but considering we have been there for a long stay there was not even a 10 mins leniency . We then went to ask for transfers to the airport but again very poor communication and no real help unfortunately. Needless to say we would not be returning and definitely would not be recommending this hotel. I’m not a picky person when it comes to the rooms but basic customer service is always a must ! Unfortunately we did not receive any of that .

A very dated hotel. Clean and warm. But no hot water for the entire 5 day stay. Not great when you’re there skiing. We complained every morning that there was no hot water and were told it’s been fixed. However it wasn’t. Prob best spending a little more and staying elsewhere.

Overall 3 star stay. Location is fine, a short walk from the gondola or ski shops. Service was good, friendly cleaners and restaurant staff. However, had cold showers every day, despite complaining and being told it was fixed.

No hot water in the evening, the food was good but the service at the front desk was unbearable when we ran to do a check out. The representative at the desk sent a check to the room after finding two glasses missing. They asked us several times where the glasses were after we explained.
