Good place, but the service is missing at all. For three days no one came to clear up the trash even. The pool is cold and not pleasant after a day on the slopes.

Виж в GoogleI stayed in an apartment in this facility and it was spacious and well equipped although a few tea bags and coffee sticks would have been a nice touch. I was taken aback by the fact that we needed to make our own bed at night as the duvet didn't have a sheet (?!). There is construction works going on around the facility so it was also noisy very early in the morning. The best thing about this hotel was the amazing, sweet man that checked us in last night (26th August) he was so lovely and did absolutely everything to make sure we were happy. On the contrary, the lady who checked us out this morning (27th August) was very unhelpful, unfriendly and rude. A big thank you to the lovely man!
