Location is not close to gondola. Around 15 minutes walking. No property parking. Only on the streets around the hotel. But you need to be careful because you can receive a fine from police. Regarding apartments, it's about luck. Some of them are very small, you cannot move in the rooms without hitting the furniture. The sofa bed is a nightmare. It's impossible to sleep. Because of the showers, in all bathroom is water. Also, don't forget to bring your toilet paper. About services... What can i say? One evening, I didn't have hot water in the shower. It was around 8 PM. On the phone, the owner informed me that it is to late to fix it, so i have two options: to take a shower at SPA, or in my friend's apartment. Great! I paid for my apartment, but I am taking shower in other places. Breakfast is a bad joke. 8 EUR per adult and 4 EUR per children for cold omelet, cold sausages and something showing as coffee. Interesting part is that the called "chef" didn't want to prepare pancakes anymore. Pancakes were finished when I arrived at breakfast, with 20 minutes before closing. My daughter wanted to eat 2 pancakes. Response from "chef" was "No, no more pancakes". This breakfast and attitude for 20 EUR (me, my wife and my daughter). Interesting part is that I was threatened that my room will be blocked and I will not have access to my personal stuff. Because I told them that I will pay that miserable breakfast after I will talk with the owner. In conclusion, if you want to have an unpleasant stay, bad sleep, awful experience, this location is the perfect place. But, if you want to be treated decent, with good conditions, go in other places.

The staff was extremely friendly, and it's in a great location, very affordable. The only problem is that you are not allowed to cook on the stove you have in your room so that the rooms don't smell of cooking? And the jacuzzi water is not the cleanest, but the sauna is great. Also the breakfast is okay, but basically you can ether have eggs and salami or corn flakes.

he hosts are so helpful and sweet. Always with a smile! They give good tips for newcomers in bansko and the spa services the hotel offers are very interesting and well maintained. 100%worth the price. The room had all the basics and was clean, we loved everything.

A family business where you can find nice, warm and helpful people who try to do their best for clients. Good breakfast and also having dinner ordering in advance is a plus when you're too tired going out , sauna and jacuzzi after a skiing day is super. 10 minutes walking to gondola is also nice not depending on car.
