Although I like the doctor which I’ve visited in MBAL Europe, the attitude of the receptionists is unacceptable. They close the call every time when they hear an English-speaking person and pretend they cant hear you (called from several numbers). Miraculously their phone starts working when my Bulgarian husband is on the line. How can hospital stuff simply ignore you when you’re calling for help? I’m sorry but foreigners also have emergency situations and need to see a doctor. Such discrimination is not ok in European Union.

We went to the clinic with our 8-year-old son and got an appointment immediately. The attending doctor was very service-oriented and child-friendly. The examination and the clinic's equipment were professional. Our son felt safe during the treatment.

Awful attitude, compared with an unserious doctor, who was late for operation with pre-made appointment and mostly-the medical assistant didn't have a clue how to insert an intravenous catheter, and the result was a broken vein. Opposite Europe medical center, there is a national hospital, which is thousand times better than this "private" hospital. This hospital should be closed!

Came for a check for my ears. Appointment at 10..in receptions they had no information. Very well the appointment went for 11.30. I left the office again and 11.25 I was here. In the building was absolutely...nobody..no reception no doctors nobody. I could go anywhere I like take anything I want and they would not even understand the slightest. Finally a blondie comes which instead of asking me if I need something she starts speaking on the phone with her friend (I understand Bulgarian very well) ...she passed in front of me 3 times..no questions nothing. I stood there with patience just to see what she ll do..nothing. So finally I tell her where dr Ivanova is...and her answer was I don’t know I don’t have information neither for her nor for you... I told her that another girl talked with her but that other girl isn’t in the building as I see..her answer “I don’t know” I do not understand how such people actually have a job and getting paid nor I do understand how someone can invest his money on a place ran by rude, irrelevant people. Just because I do happen to know a few people in Bulgaria I’ll make sure this escalates and go on media. I have been in many public hospitals in Bulgaria as I live here 12 years and I have been treated absolutely excellent. This place is garbage On the bright side dr. Ivanova was kind and helpful and for sure it’s not her fault for the behavior of the rest in the clinic

Very kind and efficient reception staff. The dermatologist i saw was amazing, highly recommend her dr Broshtilova
