Wifi don't work in the room. Too far. But the hotel and the room are nice.
Виж в GoogleDidn't have the best experience, the staff doesn't speak English so the communication is an issue. The rooms are very basic and the housekeeping kept in the bare minimum. We asked for extra towels for the pool but they didn't provide us with any, instead they told us we had to buy robes from the reception or use the towels from the room. The bathroom had no certain or glass panel to the shower so it was a mess, we had to explain that so they give us some towels so we can walk in the bathroom which was all wet. The breakfast is very basic nothing fancy and starts at 8, so if you go skiing and want to be early in the line for the gondola you have to miss it.

Виж в GoogleThe hotel is a complete scam. We were accommodated in a different apartment, nothing like the pictures. There were no even one cup in apartment, the shower was not working, and even there were no spa robes. It was not possible to go out on the terrace because the roof is 1 meter from the floor. The breakfast was very poor - no variety at all. I would definitely not go there again.
Виж в GoogleThe hotel from the outside looks nice but the rooms are in poor condition, the shower runs out of hot water. The food was tasty but at times it felt dry and without any flavour. If you plan on staying with friends don’t. There are other places in Bansko way better
