An outstanding experience! We enjoyed every moment! We stayed at Chateau Bansko (Kosher Hotel Bansko) and truly enjoyed every moment. This is a high-level kosher hotel that successfully combines classic European style, exceptional cleanliness and maintenance, and warm, personal service. The Hotel and Atmosphere: The hotel is designed in an authentic and well-kept European style. The cleanliness is spotless, creating a pleasant, tranquil, and inviting atmosphere. Kashrut, Food, and Religion: The food at the hotel is the highlight! The meals were delicious, nourishing, varied, and of a very high standard. It is evident that the Kashrut is maintained with great strictness and responsibility. For observant guests, the hotel offers a complete solution: an active synagogue and daily prayers, including a perfectly organized and wonderful Shabbat atmosphere. Service and Hospitality: The hotel owners are welcoming, kind, and go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. They were happy to assist us in planning excursions in the area and provided useful tips on attractions and points of interest. Location and Accessibility: The Bansko area offers a wealth of places to hike and see. Access is especially convenient - we rented a car from Sofia Airport, and the drive was easy and pleasant. In Summary: We highly recommend Chateau Bansko to anyone looking for a relaxed, kosher vacation with excellent food and superb personal service. We will definitely return!

the hotel staff were so welcoming the food was amazing the service was amazing, always ready to help!!! one of the things that really surprised me is the easygoing schedule of mealtime, the fact that we can walk in to breakfast at 10:30/11am or at dinner at 8/9pm and that we will still have fresh hot food amazed me!!!!

The beds mattresses were bad 8 of us did not sleep We got horrible service. The elevators were broken. No one helped us the hotel smelled. The pool was not for children. there was no shuttles to ski there was nothingIt was bad experience.

We loved our week stay. Perfect for a Chareidi family. Beis Medrash and set davenings, food was good, very nice atmosphere. Yaakov the host was superb in helping us with day trips.
