Good for the price. Breakfast was pleasant. Room was clean and sufficient. It could have used a decent chair. Lady at reception was pleasant. I don't think I can fault the hotel, but I saw after arriving that rooms "may have" balconies. As I recall, I filtered by rooms with balconies when booking. Not saying this is any fault of the hotel but I would have preferred the system/ description to be more clear. A slight irritation was to be charged 8 euros at checkout for losing a key card. I would imagine that costs no more than 20 cents. I directly took that from the tip I left in the room;). Having said this, I think it was good value for money and the stay was pleasant. I would reconnect. Thanks.

A good value for money option. The location is convenient, with the Gondola just 350 meters away, which is a big advantage. The room is a bit small, but it is compensated by a beautiful view and a balcony. The staff were very kind and friendly, both at the reception and in the breakfast area. The spa area could be improved, as the water felt quite strongly chlorinated.

We had everything we wanted. The massage was really good, also the saună was a blessing after a full day of skiing. Every day the towels were changed. The breakfast had a good value for money.

Quality of bedrooms and their service is on the lower end, instead of trying to make you feel welcomed guest, they try to squeeze you wallet as much as possible. Breakfast was at least few days old

The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, a great choice and very good value for money.
