Hotel "Tanne" в Банско

The hotel is excellent but the receptionist was unhelpful, and made noise while we had our breakfast with another rude guy that was full noisy…so unprofessional… we ate quickly and went outside to avoid the noises….

We had an amazing experience at Hotel Tanne. The apartment suite was spacious and comfortable beyond our expectations, clean, with gorgeous views. Breakfast freshly prepared. Even though we were the only guests for some days (staying in low season) we could use all the facilities, heated pools and the variety of saunas. The staff were friendly, kind and available. A short walk to the center. Strongly recommended, we would gladly stay there again.

I had a great stay at Hotel Tane in Bansko. I had to adjust my reservation due to personal reasons, and the staff offered several helpful options. A big thank you to the receptionist who even helped clean the snow off my car – such a kind gesture! The room was spacious, warm, and very comfortable. The kids loved the spa and swimming pool. The location is perfect, just a 6-7 minute walk to the gondola. I’d definitely stay here again!

Good accomodation, friendly personnel, good facilities, varied breakfast. Enjoyed the view from the balcony in our room. You need to do a bit of walking if you want to go to the gondola.

We were greeted by a dirty room where, in the end, the guy from the reception came to clean it himself, but even then, he didn’t do it properly. The hotel’s internet is practically non-existent, unusable, as it keeps disconnecting, making it impossible to work. The hotel itself doesn’t deserve 4 stars; it barely earns 3. The elevator is out of order, so we had to walk up and down the stairs every day. Breakfast is not served before 7:30 AM, while the gondola starts operating between 8 and 8:30 AM, which makes it impossible to get in line on time. We end up arriving late and waiting for an hour to board.
