Hotel Rothmans Bansko в Банско

Great family-oriented hotel that always accommodates my groups and provides excellent service. Only complaint I've ever had is the lack of shower curtains in the bathrooms but this is normal for Bulgarian hotels. Clean, tidy rooms and ample breakfast.

Nice rooms , nice staff , the hotel is clean, the reception is responsive , its near the ski area, food was good. We had great stay.

This is not a hotel, this is a guest house ! is a small building with tiny house doors, and maximum 2 stars quality ! - The pictures are fake, photosoped and missleading, the guest house is not right in front of the mountains, the twin rooms don't have cabin showers, dressing (only a small clothes cabinet), fridge, and they are occupied 70% by the bed. - The access to the ski zone is not easy, without car and GPS is almost impossible to reach, as the guest house is located on a narrow street without ski zone leading signs ! - Very rude, heartless, unprofessional and inflexible guests ! - I made a reservation for two rooms, four people, paid 118 euro in advance for two rooms / two nights, but my friends didn't succed to arrive, they had some problems with the car, I explained in detail that fact to the guests and asked for a refund as we will going to stay in only one room !, they said it's not possible, and gave us a small, old furniture, without balcony room, of course we said we are not satisfied... and we want a bigger room, because we paid for two rooms, they said they are all booked, and we asked for the room of our friends, of course our friends room were slightly bigger, with balcony, better view and position, so the guests were trying to fool us, giving us the smaller room and they probably wanted to re-rent our friends free room ! - They didn't offer us something in return for paying two rooms and staying in one - not even a meal or something, they actually enjoyed the fact that our friends couldn't arrive, extremely rude ! - The guest house have no parking spots ! you park your car on the street and risk for a ticket, there are "forbiden park" sings everywhere, the police can also pick-up your car, be careful ! - Our rooms had no cabin shower or dressing !, a small room, occupied 70% by the bed, no fridge, small bathroom - Do not pay in advance, you can't get a refund !

A perfect place to stay!

We had a very good time at this lovely hotel. The owner was very friendly and was happy to drive us to our hiking starting points. We will definitely return one day!
