Unfortunately, our experience with the hotel staff was very unpleasant. We were staying in an apartment booked through Airbnb, as the host owns some of the apartments within the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s attitude was unfriendly. Although we had paid for parking through our Airbnb host, they reacted very negatively when we parked, as if we were not supposed to be there. We then asked the staff about a nearby supermarket because we urgently needed milk for our 3-year-old child. The response was rude and dismissive — they told us to ask the Airbnb host instead. We were not asking for special treatment, just basic information. The complete lack of empathy was disappointing. There were also heating issues. The heating was turned off in the Airbnb apartments. I do not know exactly who was responsible — possibly an internal issue between the hotel and the Airbnb host — but it was not acceptable to cut off the heating without any prior notice. Regarding the swimming pool, we paid for one day of access, but the experience was disappointing. The air temperature was around 20°C and the water temperature was about 28°C, which made it feel quite cold and uncomfortable, especially for children. Additionally, when we wanted to briefly look at the swimming pool before paying, a staff member ran after us and told us in a very rude manner that we were not allowed to enter because we were Airbnb guests. We were fully dressed in street clothes and clearly only wanted to see the pool, not use it. At another point, when I tried to throw away trash in the bins near the hotel, a staff member made frantic gestures indicating that I was not even allowed to dispose of garbage there. In summary, the apartments themselves are fine, the hotel is clean and well located, but the attitude of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Even if we were staying through Airbnb, this does not justify such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.

We ended up paying an extra €130 per night for two children, even though the advertised price on Booking explicitly included the two children (with their real ages correctly set). I have no problem paying €500 per night, but not for a 2-star hotel that presents itself as a “4-star” property. The rooms are old, and you basically cannot sleep on the “extra bed” — the mattress is very old and extremely thin. Everything inside the hotel looks like it is close to the end of its life; it’s obvious that no real investment has been made since opening. This is visible everywhere: from the elevator, where when you step inside you can actually see down the elevator shaft, to the rooms, which, although spacious (apartment-style), are extremely uncomfortable. In the sauna, the shower was not functional (the faucet was detached and lying on the floor). The pool smelled strongly of chlorine, and it was impossible to stay there for more than 10 minutes. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Good location, very nice, polite and kind colleagues, nice hospitality, food is ok and also nice breakfast. Clean pool but not hot 😜, jacuzzi was hot. 10 minutes walking to supermarket and the other shops and restaurants. Highly recommended! 🙂

Wonderful place to stay. Spacious and clean rooms, helpful and polite staff, amazing food. Sauna and the swimming pool is additional benefit after a day in the slopes.

Great time with great view. The room is clean and spacious, and all the facilities work properly (you don't see it in every hotel, unfortunately) All in all 10/10 Would definitely come back to this hotel.
