I was absolutely delighted with this hotel. Everything you could wish for a cozy and relaxing getaway, you will find here. The staff is amazing – kind, welcoming, and always helpful. By the end of your stay, they truly feel like family. The rooms are very clean, and the mattresses are incredibly comfortable. After a long ski day or a walk, you can enjoy a truly restful and deep sleep. The food in the restaurant is excellent – both breakfast and dinner offer a good variety and everything is delicious. Evenings are especially special: enjoying a glass of wine by the fireplace after dinner is simply wonderful. The hotel is about a 10–15 minute walk to the gondola, and there is also a shuttle bus that takes you directly there and back, which is very convenient. After a long day, relaxing in the pool and sauna is a perfect way to unwind. Throughout my entire stay, I felt warm, comfortable, and surrounded by wonderful people. I will definitely visit again. Hotel Evelina Palace, Bansko won us over from the very first moment! It’s a place where you truly feel welcome, not just a guest. The smiles, attention, and warm attitude of the staff make the stay special and very personal. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and cozy, and the mattresses and pillows are so comfortable that we slept like babies 😄 The SPA area is pure bliss – a large swimming pool where you can swim comfortably and a very pleasant sauna for complete relaxation. The perfect end to the day after skiing, walks, or other mountain adventures, and the free shuttle bus to and from the slopes makes everything super convenient. The food is a real treat! We saw the rich and delicious breakfast and immediately decided to try the dinner buffet – we were delighted and enjoyed it every evening until the end of our stay. Tasty, varied, and at a great price – a true feast for the senses! The location is ideal – quiet, yet close to everything. Evelina Palace is not just a hotel, but an experience, one we will definitely return to. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

Maybe the hotel is 4 stars, but the service is definitely 5 stars!, the staff is super nice and at your disposal at any time, BRAVO!! The facility is clean and tidy, little refreshment would be good. Internet in the rooms is very slow but in the lobby is very good. Tne room for sport should be updated with bilijard table.

Few last winters we spent time in Bansko for skiing, choosing this hotel as very friendly staff, Spa, comfortable rooms and tasty food is all you need after an excellent day of skiing.
