they say they have good Wi-Fi but that’s completely a lie. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms. It works only in the reception and if you want to shower forget about having hot water they say it will be fixed but we’ve been waiting for hot water like five hours And still, we don’t have hot water that’s why my ratings are low

The rooms are very dirty, and the shower is broken. The manager is very rude. When we told them this is not a 4-star hotel, they said it was just our opinion. The sofa looks terrible, the carpet was very dirty, and the curtains were torn. This hotel clearly does not understand what cleanliness and hygiene mean.

As Marmara Travel guides, we visit this hotel every season and our guests are very satisfied. With its free shuttle service and open buffet breakfast and dinner, it is a hotel that can be preferred by families.

They refuse to give you towels after four days, but when you press them enough they magically find them. This is the opposite of hospitality. The staff refer to the shortage of towels like it's non of their business with a blasè ironic tone.

Everything is good.The staff is nice. The indoor pool is very cold.I told the staff for the pool and he said that it was 28 degrees.It was not and it's cold.Many people were complaining about this.Overall okay
