I stayed at Hotel Bansko in Sofia with my family for just one night, but the experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with such warmth and hospitality that we felt at home instantly. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, even arranging a few thoughtful touches for our kids, which they loved. Overall, I can’t recommend Hotel Bansko enough – a fantastic place with a truly dedicated team. We felt incredibly valued and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sofia!

Hotel was on a hill, but the view in the morning was amazing. It's a family run hotel. Rooms are a decent size. Thr hotel is very quaint, and rustic if you like that, then this is up your street. I prefer these type hotels to newly built, as they have more character.

This family run hotel is quite charming in its own way. Good mattresses and amazing view of Sofia from the top of the hill. Hot water. It's clean, except for all the old hair in the drain on the bathroom. The bathroom smells like rotten drain. Fair priced and friendly staff. Wonderful with chai and a hot water kettle! Downside is the big cell phone antennas on the neighbouring post office. It soaks the whole area in radiation and gives me a constant headache and ringing in my ears. Though clean, all over the hotel there is a smell of dirty bathroom. Fast WiFi.
