The room was nice, cozy and warm, and the furniture was okay, but we had some problems with cleanliness and things not working right. First, there was dirt in the corners of the room, and even though the bed sheets and towels were washed, they still had stains – like, the pillowcase had makeup stains on it, and the towel had other stains. Also, the shower was really annoying; the water kept going from super hot to freezing cold, so we had to keep getting out to fix it. And to top it off, the toilet didn't flush properly. All these things made our stay less enjoyable than it should have been.

A lovely family guesthouse with attention to the detail. The rooms are warm and well equipped, the “mehana” is a nice place to have dinner and breakfast, and the owners are beyond nice people! The food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this house in Bansko!

Super friendly and helpful owners. Authentic traditional atmosphere and food. The food is amazing! Especially the breakfast - brings back memories from your childhood - granny making you pancakes :)

This hotel is very average. The room was normal/good and it is pretty clean, that is an advantage for sure. Wi Fi works good. But despite on booking.com it is written that they can speak Russian and English, it is not completely truth. Only 1 person can speak - very nice woman, but she had day offs during our first days in hotel. So we had a huge problem with communication. I know that it is very personal, but as for me food in hotel is not tasty at all. We ordered food for "take away" in local cafes and it was muuuch better. And the last but not least, the room for drying equipment is cold, so if you really want to have a dry shoes the next day you need to take it in room. So mainly it is just a cold storage.
