I came here for a teambuilding which was great experience but would have been better if a few things were considered from the hotel. -Cards - we were told because of our numbers we cannot have two cards per room and we had to always ask someone from reception to come and open. That was not communicated to everyone so we were awoken by people trying to wake up their roommates. For a four star hotel to not have at least two key cards per room is a ridiculous notion and does not correspond to the price paid. - Cleanliness - If I leave aside the fact the main hotel room base is outdated and needs freshening up, I cannot say the same for the hygiene in the rooms. Upon arrival our bathroom was dirty and left the way previous guests have left it. This is unacceptable. Carpet is also really dirty. I read other comments saying time and again similar stuff for years and I do not see management doing anything to address that. - Employees - They were good but I was disappointed in the bartenders’s stuff skills. I mean, you put a bar there and say you make cocktails, yet your stuff is not educated on how to make the most basic ones. And this is not their fault! This is management’s fault.

A wonderful hotel for a family vacation! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the pools and spa are great for both kids and adults. Our family had a fantastic time, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The food is varied and tasty, and the hotel has a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. We would definitely come back!

Title: Not Worth It The rooms are outdated and in need of renovation. The breakfast was good, but that was the only positive part of our stay. Most of the staff were rude and unwilling to help, even at the spa. Only one gentleman at the reception was polite and helpful; the morning shift made us feel like they were constantly trying to charge us extra. 🤩Adults only spa area very nice Overall, we felt that tourists are not truly appreciated in Bansko and that there is a constant focus on taking more money. At €250 per night, this hotel is absolutely not worth the price, mainly due to the unfriendly and unprofessional service. We would not return.

Today I stopped by the lobby bar for a coffee, but a gentleman working at the entrance refused to let me in, stating that only hotel guests are allowed to sit and have coffee at the lobby bar. This is the first time I have ever encountered such a policy in a hotel that is supposedly high-class. Due to lack of time today, I did not pursue the matter further, but next time I will contact the authorities and seek legal clarification on whether non-hotel guests are allowed to sit in a hotel café or not.

Very good hotel with a unique and well-maintained spa center – a great place to relax after skiing. The food is diverse and offers plenty of options for different tastes. The shuttle transfer to the ski slopes is convenient and well organized, which makes the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a good choice and worth visiting.
