Four Points by Sheraton Bansko в Банско

We went to Bansko during the February holiday.The hotel we chose, Four Points by Sheraton, was truly beautiful. The breakfast, dinner was great and room, pool, and spa areas were very clean and well organized, and the staff were very helpful. Additionally, thanks to the VIP ski pass (paid), which is only available to guests of two hotels, we avoided the long queues. It was only a five-minute walk to the ski area and very close to other restaurants and cafes, yet still quiet and peaceful. If we decide to visit Bulgaria again, we would definitely consider using this hotel again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived , the staff across all departments were exceptionally friendly , professional and welcoming. Every team member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with delicious meals, wide variety of options, and attentive service. The SPA and massage services were incredible-the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing or exploring . The room were comfortable, clean , and thoughtfully designed, making it a true home away from home. Every aspect of the hotel, from the cozy lobby to the ski facilities and the overall atmosphere, was top-notch. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for relaxing and seamless experience. We can not wait to return!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Four Points Bansko hotel!From the moment I arrived , the staff were warm , welcoming and incredibly helpful, making me feel right at home . The rooms was spotless, beautifully maintained and very comfortable,with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting and it was clear that great care is taken in every detail. The Spa centre may not be very large , but it is extremely well maintained.All of the staff were very attentive and helpful, and the massages were excellent. I truly appreciate the outstanding service , cleanliness, and over quantity of the experience. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and would happily stay here again!

Very modern and cozy hotel. Stylish furniture in the common areas and in the rooms. You have everything you need. There is a nice fireplace in the lobby and beautiful Christmas decorations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice and tasty breakfast. The spa facilities were perfect (indoor swimming pool, saunas and steam bath, relaxing area and outdoor jacuzzi)- clean and warm. There is a paid parking lot. The location is excellent - right next to the central square and main street with cafes, bars, fast food and taverns. It is located approximately 10 minutes away by foot from the lift station Gondola. Definitely recommend!

The hotel itself looks very nice, but it clearly has room for improvement, especially in terms of service. For a Marriott property, I found it quite inadequate that it was impossible to order an espresso to the room in the morning. I was unpleasantly surprised to learn that room service only starts at 11:00 a.m. If you wake up in the room, which, by the way, is quite expensive for the level of service offered, you simply cannot order a coffee. The only option is the breakfast buffet. I also attempted to use the minibar for a drink, but it was completely empty. Inside, there was a menu stating that beverages could be requested through room service — which, again, is unavailable before 11:00 a.m. Later in the evening (around 9:30 p.m.), I tried to order a soda to the room and was informed by the reception that I needed to go to the hotel bar and purchase it myself. As for the SPA, we generally enjoyed it. However, one remark: the sauna has a large window, which is a lovely feature, as it overlooks the hotel’s backyard. Unfortunately, the view was spoiled by visible rubbish on the grass directly outside the window, which significantly detracted from the experience.
