Family hotel Lily в Банско

Me and my friends spent few lovely days in this hotel and in Bansko Ski resort generally. The accommodation was spacious, clean and fully equipped. The spa is clean and nice - warm jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. The food was variety and tasty. The location was very good, in the center, 15 minutes by walk to the Gondola, and few minutes by taxi for 5 euros. The owner was extremely helpful, ready to help you with everything. I would highly recommend to other guests who would like to feel a real family and friendly hotel.

Wow. This place exceeded my expectations. The hospitality we received was impeccable. I travelled with 5 of my family members for a skiing trip and Hotel Lili was our place of accommodation. I highly recommend this hotel as it is pretty much walking distance away from the main skiing area. The rooms are spacious with a spectacular balcony view of the mountains. All in all, 10/10 in every department and I will come back again with my family in 2027!!!!!

We had an excellent experience at Family Hotel Lili! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The hotel has a perfect location, the rooms were clean, and there was always hot water. A special thank you to the owner for her kindness and for offering to call us a taxi whenever we needed one. Hotel Lili is an extremely pleasant and cozy place with an excellent location in the very heart of the center, close to the park and all the shops. What truly impressed us was not only the lovely atmosphere created by the setting itself, but also by the warm, attentive, and kind lady who owns the hotel. She welcomed us with a smile and a genuine readiness to accommodate us in the best possible way, maintaining the highest standards of service. She makes you feel like a special guest – almost as if you are at home. The furnishing and cleanliness are of a very high level. Towels were changed daily, and we were regularly asked if we needed anything else. The beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious, varied, and homemade. We were truly impressed by the personal attention given to every guest. You arrive as a client but leave as a dear friend. The price was also a pleasant surprise – very affordable considering all the value you receive. Thank you for everything! We will return here whenever we have the chance. We wish you the best of success with this wonderful place and many more happy guests like us in the future!
