Absolutely shocking store. The service is terrible, browsing for new gloves and was trying on sizes, when looking for another pair they snatched them out of my hands. My partner was pushed out the way. Very rude staff. Would not recommend this store.

First of all, they had great sales and amazing prices on very high quality brands - we went to several shops in bansko and they had the best prices, significantly lower than anywhere else. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful, we walked out with the feeling that they really wanted us to find nice stuff, and we're not trying to push us into buying. They gave honest opinions about fits and steered us away from more pricy items that were not right for us. I never considered leaving a review for a clothing store (I don't care, who cares really), but they were so so great that we knew we want to share this experience with others as soon so we walked out of there.

Виж в GoogleMy experience with this shop was absolutely terrible. I went to buy a ski jacket, and when I tried it on, I noticed a major defect—the button fell off immediately. When I raised the issue, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. It escalated to the point where I had to involve the police because they refused to offer a proper resolution. The police didn't offer a solution as well as i had to buy the pants with that defect. This level of negligence and poor customer service is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop at all costs.
