Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this place. It just got worse the more interaction I had with the staff. The main reason for such a low review was that there was an attempt to charge my card at 3am from the front desk and nobody knew anything about it. The manager was cagey and defensive about it and didn’t offer any support. Completely denied that it happened even though my bank confirmed it was from the front desk of this hotel. Which was confirmed also by the city tax charge that I paid with the same card. Staff were not professional at all about this and I assume there must be some plan to steal money from clients. The room is nice and big but they use way too much cheap fragrance that makes it impossible to be inside. The one bed wasn’t cleaned properly and smelled like smoke. Breakfast was low quality for the price and 5 star level and coffee served was burnt. Very disappointing, avoid! There are better small chain boutique hotels with better value. *update: after noticing the response from the hotel, I’ve decided to keep the review as it is. I explored other reviews which state the same regarding the hotel making charges to guest cards with the same reactions by the front desk. Avoid this place!

Large hotel for the business events... Guest rooms are enormously large/spacious and good sleep quality. Positive -you can open the window. Negative - missing ironing board and steam iron. Breakfast was fine, bet can be improved, especially egg station.

The hotel is really good. Rooms are extremly big, the staff is super friendly and value for money is really noticable. The location of the hotel even tough it is in the centrum, is a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest public transport station (bus or metro). Also the parking at the hotel is limited (we had no space to park when we came). Other than that, very recommended...

The service and management was so awfull that we needed to cancel our reservation! When we arrived at 7 am they did not allow is to drink a coffee or have a breakfast because it was too early! What means that…. For a 5 star hotel??? They treated us as an useless luggage and did not do anything to fix the problem! After 6 hours of driving none wants this service! We went to Hyatt and the service there and breakfast and coffee at 7 am was not a problem!!!!

Honest opinion: An absolutely outstanding hotel – one of the very best I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was executed to an exceptionally high standard: the room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and finished with premium materials; every single detail throughout the property showed genuine care and attention. The spa center was excellent. Housekeeping was flawless, the atmosphere luxurious yet welcoming, and the overall experience felt truly five-star from the moment I arrived. A special mention must go to Anthony Ivanov at the front desk – he was exceptionally professional, friendly, and proactive. Whenever I had a question, he handled it with impressive efficiency. Highly recommended to anyone who appreciates real luxury and outstanding service. I will definitely return!
