Small boutique hotel not too far outside the city centre, 10-15 minutes walk away. Our room was small but looked new and are very clean, extremely comfortable bed. The lobby bar is a kind of a joke, 2 stools and a few bottles on shelves, nothing chilled. The staff were excellent, very helpfull and very friendly. A buffet breakfast was included with some choices.

A good one of the international Best Western hotels but, rooms are very cold. Sofia is very cold at this time of year. This is my second stay at this hotel and both of them rooms were very cold. At the first time, heating system was broken but this time even though it seems to work it stills blows cold air. Breakfast was OK with amount, but I could not be sure it was clean as I saw hairs at cheese, olives etc. Yes plural! There is no slippers in the rooms. The best way of hotel is it's location. It is the middle of Centre and malls.

Good location, 10-15 mins walk to Vitosha Main Street, rooms are large enough and well equiped, comfy beds. The parking space is limited at 10 or 11 but at least one has an electrical outlet. Bring your charger cable though. Good value/price ratio.

The rooms are spacious and the location is very central, just two metro stops away. The staff are helpful. However, other guests in the hotel were quite noisy.

We got very nice room with a balcony. Very clean. Breakfast choice fits the stars of the hotel. Just 5 min to the subway and 2 stations to the city very center. It took is 15 min max.
