Unexpected gem in the middle of unpretentious communist looking surroundings. This seems to have been an older late-conmunist era mall turned into a restaurant front and hard to see hotel in the back with great design and amazing patio. Impressive rooms, warm front desk and breakfast service - thanks George for the tasty offerings. Restaurant is not connected directly with hotel and gets a bit on the too busy with delivers side, still the food was good.Thanks

Overall, a pleasant stay with a few small drawbacks. Location: Nearly prime — very convenient and easy to get around. Breakfast: The menu was good, but an open buffet would be much better in the mornings. I didn’t enjoy having to order set plates before seeing the food, especially if it turned out to be something I wouldn’t prefer. Gym & Spa: The gym was good. Unfortunately, the sauna and steam rooms weren’t running properly. They tried to turn them on, but neither of them really warmed up. Staff: Very friendly and very professional — definitely a highlight of the stay. With a few improvements, especially to breakfast service and the spa facilities, this place could be excellent.

What a surprising experience. A jem in the center of Plovdiv. The hotel is designed to the last detail. Great atmosphere. Amazing room with a nice balcony. The breakfast is a la cart and the food is top chef grade. The service all around and specifically at the restaurant is immaculate, friendly and with top hospitality professionalism. We were greeted and served by Margarita who made us feel at home and was so kind and welcoming, adding that special magic that turned our breakfast to an amazimg morning exprience. I would have given 6 stars if I could.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Emporium in Plovdiv! From the warm welcome at reception to the spotless room cleaning, everything was handled with excellent service and genuine friendliness. The staff made me feel truly cared for throughout my visit. The location is perfect, just a short walk to local offices, shops, and even the mosque, which was very convenient. The hotel offers a gym and sauna, both clean and well-maintained. The gym is small but has everything you need for a quick workout. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Plovdiv!
