Hotel Alliance в Пловдив

If there were 10 stars, I would give them without hesitation. The two receptionists were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Their English was perfect as well. The room was massive, spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was included, which was very convenient, and the service was excellent again. I highly recommend Alliance Hotel, the beautiful city of Plovdiv, and Bulgaria as a whole. I will definitely be back

The 1 star is because I can't give 0.. Never,never ever go there.. Filthy, air conditioner not working, outside is 42 °C imagine inside room is burning hot... After 18.00 no service, no reception, nothing.Refrigerator not working too, no shampoo in bathroom.. Best thing you can do is to pass that ruin..

It is nice,a big room with comfy chairs,even a hot tub with bubble dispensers! Although, when I turn on the bubble dispensers, it spewed out brown water and dirt… Also, the bed covers were too short and did not cover my feet even though I am short.But these are all minor issues. In conclusion, I liked my stay…

Hotel is quite good and is at very perfect location. Tip: Never choose room 804. The room was hot like burning furnace due to direct exposure of sunlight. As Air conditionig doesn't work in winter, so Temperature in my room was 32 and outside was 12. Rest of the things were perfect. Big rooms with private balcony, double bed, tV, refrigrator and much more..

This hotel is very well situated in the city and the hotel’s general areas and bedrooms were very well presented and really clean. The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. But my main reason for leaving a review is to remark on the service and in particular the front desk staff member called Maria. Apart from very friendly reception, she also kindly kept our bags for us for the day after we had checked out. When walking in the city, we got caught in a torrential downpour and were completely soaked to the skin. All our clothes and shoes and bags were wet when we returned to the hotel to collect our bags that evening. Even though we had checked out that morning, Maria offered us facilities in which to dry off and change our clothes and wait it out until the rain finally stopped. We were really grateful, especially as we had our two children with us. As we weren’t leaving Plovdiv (on the train) until midnight, another staff member allowed us to leave our luggage at reception once again until we were leaving town. We were really impressed by the service of Maria and all the staff and we highly recommend this hotel.
