I wanted to enjoy my stay, relax and have fun. Thats why I decided to go try out their pool. My intention was to also schedule an appointment at the spa, but after seeing in what condition the pool and the saunas were in I just couldnt do that to myself. At the front desk, my friends and I were forced to buy pool caps, to keep the pool clean. Which, to a certain point, I do understand. But as we headed to the 'changing rooms', I started to genuinely question that reality. There were only lockers with NO gender separation whatsoever and extremely little space between them. I bumped into other people constantly while trying to change. The floor was wet and so slippery, you could barely move, and it was absolutely disgusting. Then the saunas... we headed to the salt sauna. There were multiple tiles missing off the floor and seats. Salt piled up in the corner. It all looked dirty. We didnt go to the normal sauna, terrified of what we could even find there. In contrast, the pool was alright, water was warm, but we left quickly. One last thing to mention about the wellness place: It is super awkward to get there in a robe. There is no direct path from the rooms to there, and we had to walk around in robes while everyone was dressed normally... The breakfast was great, amazing even, with a great variety of foods that caught your eye and pleased your taste buds. Quite expensive, but worth it. What I didnt like, was that everyone around the place kept coughing. And not just the other visitors, but the staff members, too. They were sneezing all over the food. My group also included a family: two adults and a child. In the room, we found aphrodisiacs, beautifully displayed on the minibar. That was clearly unacceptable for such a high-standard hotel, when they knew a child would stay in that exact room. They did leave a nice, white balloon with a white ribbon attached to it, which I thought was pretty cute. Not to mention the treats they left on the table, with a kind note.

Really big and comfortable rooms with great view. The pool and spa facilities are also very good. The breakfast offers good variety and is delicious. The location is great- only 10 min walking to the city centre and Kapana area. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The experience is good. The hotel is rated 4-stars, but has better amenities and service than some other 4-star hotels and also the room price is reasonable. There was a problem with the door lock after check in, but it was instantly resolved. Overall definitely recommended

We were super happy with the service, especially pool. We used them for a long time and expected increase of prices, but not prices more than double. We can't continue to use them at that price.

The lady at the guest relations desk was surprisingly rude and unhelpful. She repeatedly denied my concern without even trying to understand it. Only after I mentioned that I would leave a review on Booking.com she did finally agree to help. Someone with such an attitude should not be working in guest relations — her behavior gives a very poor impression of the hotel and completely undermines the idea of good customer service. Edit: The agreement was confirmed after I mentioned that I would leave a bad review on bookingcom. That's very clear.
