My recent stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Plovdiv Center was absolutely amazing. The rooms were really beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was spotless, and we felt relaxed from the moment we arrived. The service was outstanding — the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Whatever small issue or request we had, it was resolved almost immediately. They truly answered all of our needs and made us feel so well taken care of. The spa treatments were great, and I absolutely loved our couple’s massage — it was brilliant and such a special experience. The wellness area is perfect for anyone wanting to unwind and escape for a bit. The restaurant was also fantastic. We had the Valentine’s menu, and it was amazing. The waitresses were absolutely wonderful — so attentive and kind. A special thank you to the restaurant manager, Angel, who was brilliant. He helped us with our booking and made sure everything was perfectly arranged. We genuinely felt cared for in a way we haven’t experienced in other hotels over the past few months, no matter the country. Overall, it was a really lovely stay, and I can highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Plovdiv Center to anyone looking for a relaxing city break. It’s an amazing hotel with great wellness and spa facilities, a wonderful restaurant, and truly friendly, professional staff.

Rooms and location are great! Breakfast is really good, staff is very friendly, they even welcome you with a freshly baked cookie! Overall amazing hotel, amazing quality - the only reason I am giving 4 out of 5 is becuase they allow for a scam euronet ATM at their entrance!

We had the best experience at this Double Tree. Everyone was very nice. Room was clean and modern. Elena in the front was super helpful as well as our concierge. The masseuse, Olga, was amazing. Best massage in Bulgaria. Highly recommend.

Good place at a very nice location. The rooms and facilities are comfortable, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is great as well. Only minus points for me are: 1. Parking is charged extra which given the price is in my opinion unwarranted. 2. Faster wifi is at an additional cost and the standard one is insufficient for work related uses.

Hotel rooms and suites are nice and spacious. Breakfast and service is average. With 2 bookings for 2 nights the hotel failed to provide us a room for 2 nights (although we asked for it several times). So we had to check out in the morning and check in again in the afternoon: very suboptimal! Very negative are the long waiting times for check-in or check-out: Up to 50 people are arriving by bus at certain times of the day and if you are arriving at the same time, you have to queue up for an hour as Hilton Honors Diamond as well. This should be organized differently by the hotel.
