Radisson Hotel Plovdiv в Пловдив

I stayed at the hotel for two nights on a festival. The room (the standard no premium room) was functional and had everything needed. Cleaning service was regular and good (replaced towels, tidied, refilled water bottle). Reception desk was kind and helpful. I especially liked the restaurant - very good food, and I would say rarely good service. Breakfast buffet was good and well stocked. I also visited the wellness center and had a massage, and it was good too (good premises, professional table and competent massage therapist). Comfortable parking, and while not in the top center, on a walking distance (20-ish minutes from old town). A location closer to center would be more comfortable for some cases (like concerts in old town) but would come with a set of tradeoffs, so I would day the location of this hotel is not bad at all.

One of the best Spa Hotels that we have visited recently where the customer service is outstanding and the Spa was included in the price of the room! Upon arrival at the hotel the Staff advised us that they are giving us a free upgrade to a premium room. We had booked a standard room so that was a very pleasant surprise for us. The room was lovely with a great view to the City!

Excellent for business trip and corporate meetings, great staff, polite and friendly staff. The conference room is nice with a great AC, fully equipped with multimedia speakers 🔊. Cozy rooms, great food, comfy beds 🛌!

Maybe the best Hotel in Plovdiv. Clean, accessible and spacious. Rooms are huge, very clean and well maintained. There is on-side parking lot, nice garden with a fountain and a lot of shades where you can relax. Food is great, breakfast buffet is very versatile and fresh. The staff is orientation on details, and in service of the guests. Their spa center is also worth visiting, and very clean and comfortable. They light up candles for us, and made us feel very important and cherished.

We had two nights and days in Plovdiv, full with business meetings, but the hotel gave us good rest, feeling at home, excellent breakfast and friendly people around. Thanks for great hospitality!
