Very clean and new place. Situated on a quiet outskirts side of the town, at just 10 minutes with a taxi. The personnel were very nice and helpful. They also have a decent restaurant, where you can get fair food. Unfortunately, în spite they have all the rooms equipped with smart tvs, the wireless network is very unstable, so you can not have a YouTube or Netflix normal experience! All in all, it was a very nice stay!

I stayed here because of a conference at the University Paisii Hilendarski. Yes, it's outside of city centre, but there are buses that go quite often (bus station just a 3 min walk from the hotel). The rooms are spatious, spotless and modern, and the staff helpful and friendly. Couldn't find a fault, it's really a good value for money!

Very nice hotel, big spacious rooms and good service at reception. The minibar is stuffed but the prices are changing 2 times a day. I had chocolate in the morning for 4.00 leva and then they refill was 4.50. Please don't do that, is not nice. Overval good place.

Overall, nice and big rooms; very friendly staff; the restaurant has great food with good prices. Only thing negative is the location; hard to get to the center due to Maritsa river and public transport is highly unreliable.
