I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. A special thank you for the amazing service I received from Dmitri Yatasakov and Egor Kislyuk. They were professional, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their attitude truly made my experience even better. Highly recommended, and I would be happy to come back again.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean, with beautiful sea views that make the stay even more special. The staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. Breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of options for different tastes. The infinity pool and spa area are well-maintained and relaxing, and the casino adds a unique atmosphere to the hotel. Overall, this hotel combines luxury, comfort, and an excellent location. Highly recommended for both leisure and entertainment-focused stays.

We have been there last week for 4 nights. Pure dissapointment. The hotel was almost empty. We got a room upgrade but: The rooms were not properly cleaned. The food in the breakfast and dinner unedible. Especially if you were 1 hour late after they opened the dining room doors. We have been there couple of years ago at the same time and enjoyed very much. Not this time.

For a Bulgarian hotel this is 5/5. It is located at one of the best resorts in Bulgaria - Golden Sands. The room is spacious with big sofa, desk and comfortable beds. I was surprise to see that there was two toilets in the room. But this is maybe because the hotel was build during the communist time and now it is renovated with added a brand new part next to it. The rooms in the new part have balconies. There is also SPA and casino in the hotel. The breakfast and the lunch were great - plenty of choice from different hot and cold dishes. Also there was lots of salads and sweets. I recommend this hotel if you want to spend one great holiday.

We loved the stay here! Great food, clean hotel, the massage was great Egor in the reception was lovely and so helpful! Very recommend!!!
