GRIFID Hotel Bolero в Варна

We had an amazing time and even though we went literally the last week of the season, all the staff were super friendly and helpful. .. hotel was lovely and clean, great facilites including spa, heated indoor pool, lovely outdoor pool and separate aquapark. There's also a playpark, kids club and plenty of activities going on throught the day. Food and drink was definitely up there with the best ive ever had in an AI with a great range to cover all tastes, fresh waffles, pancakes, eggs in a morning, carved meats etc in the evening and a snack station for any fast food you crave. Anyone with a sweet tooth will love the desserts in the main restaurant or the coffee/cake/icecream stall during the day. My Lillie girl loved the minidisvo even tho it was more aimed for the Europeans than the British (understandably as there was only a few of us when we went) and the singers etc were good. Really impressed with the cocktails and the wine was good too. Rooms were clean and spacious and had the addition of the inclusive minibar stocked daily, towels changed and great job by roomservice done each day. Hotel is located really close to the beach with lots of shops, restaurants bars etc. Great holiday with lots of great people

We stayed at Grifid Bolero for a week ( our second time there) and honestly, everything was just perfect. The room was super clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job every day. The food really surprised us – so much variety and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Drinks were also great, and the bartenders were really friendly (and quick!). The beach is just a short walk away and very well maintained. The animation team was a big highlight – they put so much energy into daily activities and evening shows without being pushy. (Thank you Bassem and Niki, Simo, Cloe) Big thanks to all the staff – everyone was super nice and made us feel welcome from start to finish. Whether you’re going with, this hotel really has everything you need for a perfect holiday.

Great hotel, very clean and great food with big variety to choose from. Staff was overall very friendly only the lady from the snackbar at noon where you can get ice cream was very very unfriendly.

Great food, great people but it was supposed to be children friendly hotel and if your child still needs stroller, you are not able to access anything. Stairs are everywhere without access for strollers. Very annoying!
