I had a wonderful stay at the Ensana Hotel in Saints Constantine & Helena — truly one of the most relaxing and beautifully designed places on the Bulgarian coast. The gardens and the outdoor thermal pools are outstanding. You can enjoy them in style in any season: warm mineral water, fresh air, and a calm atmosphere that feels almost therapeutic. The sound system is high-quality and discreet, allowing you to listen to music even while swimming outside in your swimsuit on cooler evenings — a rare luxury. The breakfast is excellent, with many healthy local products: traditionally fermented Bulgarian yogurts, homemade pastries with delicate filo, fresh fruits, and an impressive selection of ten different kinds of honey. There is even champagne for breakfast, which adds a festive touch to the morning. The rooms are exceptionally large, bright, and beautifully designed, with superb views of either the park or the sea. The interior design is inspired and calming — soft colors, natural materials, and gentle shapes with almost no harsh lines or sharp corners. The lobby is spacious, elegant, and full of light. The staff is impeccable: kind, attentive, and very professional. Many of them spoke to us in Romanian, which was a lovely and unexpected gesture of hospitality. Ensana Saints Constantine & Helena is the perfect place for relaxation, wellness, and quiet luxury. Whether for a short break or a longer holiday, it offers a complete and deeply enjoyable experience.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. My experience was mixed. The facilities are good. I had access to heated indoor pools and heated outdoor pools. The spa area offers a variety of saunas. These are the main strengths of the hotel. The food is acceptable. Some dishes do not have description labels. I did not know what certain items contained. This creates confusion and can be an issue for guests with dietary restrictions. The room was not cleaned during my stay. Housekeeping came only on the third day. I asked them to return in 10 to 15 minutes. They never came back. Towels were not replaced. There are no towels available at the pools. I had to take them from the room. When towels are not changed, they remain damp. During this time of year, they do not dry properly and develop an unpleasant smell. You cannot use the same towel for four days. I also paid 6 euros per day for parking. Given the level of service provided, this extra cost does not feel justified. The hotel has good facilities, but housekeeping, towel management, and overall service organization need improvement.

The hotel is very nice. The room was comfortable and spacious and the hotel facilities are really great. Ensana hotel was recommended to me by Gemini when we compared options in and around Varna. One of the good points I wanted to mention was the stuff. Specifically, Neli at the front desk was very helpful in moving us to a room with a proper sea view (something we've asked for and didn't get initially) and help us get a "connected twin bed" to accommodate our expectation for a double-bed. My wife did the massage in the Spa and was very satisfied. breakfast was also very good, although it would be nice to have an option for non-dairy Late or Cappuccino (wtih Oat or Soya milk, for example). The Japanese restaurant was ok-ish. Too small portions and too high price.

Very nice place, clean, with excellent conditions, rooms are big and comfortable, very nice designed. Food also is very good and tasty. We stay only one night but we will come back for sure to stay more to enjoy nice atmosphere and relaxation. Water in swimming pool is warm, everything around is clean. Saunas are very nice.

This is the best hotel on the planet. Every time I visit it, I feel extremely relaxed and happy. The staff is amazing and genuinely kind, always making you feel at home. The atmosphere is inspiring — the rooms are spacious, peaceful, and designed with a perfect sense of comfort and Zen. The lobby is stunningly elegant and full of light, with a magical ambiance and a beautiful grand concert piano, which I’ve had the joy of playing several times. It’s a place that truly nourishes both body and soul. The mineral water and pools feel like an oasis — soothing, healing, and surrounded by nature. The large park and the charming green paths around the hotel make every walk a delight. I would gladly return here again and again. I wholeheartedly and unconditionally recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience pure relaxation, inspiration, and joy.
