Great beach location… wrapped in the worst hotel experience -The beach is close, which is nice — because you’ll want to spend as little time as possible in this hotel. -Persistent sewage smell in the bathroom that spreads through the whole room -Air conditioner loud enough to make conversation optional -Breakfast is a sad joke: same poor options every day, hot dogs with the label still on them, and staff putting untouched food from people’s plates back for others to eat 🤢 -Housekeeping apparently on vacation — no cleaning at all unless you beg for towels -Mattress and pillows straight out of a back-pain research lab -Wi-Fi in the rooms? A myth. -Pool so tiny it could be a bathtub, and closed at 5 PM (because… why not?) -Price makes you wonder if they charge extra for the disappointment Come for the beach, stay for… actually, no — just come for the beach and leave. In short: Hotel Bonita proves that location isn’t everything… but it’s the only thing they have.

The location of hotel was good excepting the thing that me and my sister vomitted last night from the food served here (we ate nowhere else excepting here, we booked an all inclusive). Rooms are fine, view is awesome, despite these, i would advise everyone to choose something else if they don’t want to end up staying nights long in the closet blowing off the last meal

Spent two weeks here in June 2024. Our room was well presented overlooking the Black Sea with a large balcony. Pity about the neon advertising board on top of the Lighthouse Steakhouse opposite which continued twenty four hours, day and night shining its light onto the balcony. Loud music, from a nearby venue was heard in our room, booming out until midnight. None of this the fault of the hotel. Situated a short walk to the beach the location was spot on. Breakfast was good both in quality and quantity but dinner could be a bit hit and miss. No other British tourists to be seen at the resort of Golden Sands, mainly Bulgarian, Romanian and German. Overall a pleasant holiday in the sun was enjoyed.

I've never encountered a hotel with room more disgusting. In the room it was smelling of sewage, the toilet was dirty and smelling, the room was full of spider webs. When we requested to clean properly the room, they've just add a toilet soap and that's all. They didn't changed the towels, I asked to take the rubbish and requested for toilet rolls. At the checkout, they wanted to charge me for the used towel, as it was of course after three days dirty. The food was average, but ok as long as you don't have high expectations, the only plus is the location, as it's 3 minutes from the beach.

Very close to the beach, only a few meters, the hotel's parking is very poor, only few payed parking places, with the elevators is horror (it took me several times 10-15 min to get to my room). Very poor in service cleaning (you have to ask for towels, paper toilet sometimes). The hotel's pool is too small. The employees were very nice. The food was not so much diversify, but it was ok.
