I expected a 5-star experience, but the reality was significantly below that level. From the very beginning, there was no basic welcome — the bellboy saw us but did not greet us. At reception we had to wait, and the organization appeared chaotic. At one point, a staff member from an inner office called out to ask whether there was a queue and if she should come to help — a situation that does not reflect professional service. We were not informed in advance about important conditions — that bathrobes are charged separately, that the spa card allows only single entry, and that leaving the spa requires paying again. This resulted in several unnecessary trips back and forth between the spa and the reception. The corridors are narrow and lack warmth, giving a cheap overall impression. The spa changing rooms are also small. The spa itself was heavily overcrowded — far more guests than the space can comfortably accommodate. In the salt room, people were standing, lounge chairs were insufficient, and personal belongings were everywhere. The spa area definitely does not convey a 5-star standard. I also feel that the organization and conditions create tension among guests, which negatively affects the overall experience. The relaxation area is a separate small room with only four loungers. Instead of a calm atmosphere, the TV was showing crime reports, while other guests were playing videos on their phones. I am attaching a video to show the real “relaxation” environment.

An absolutely incredible stay! One of the best hotel/spa experiences! The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The rooms were clean, cozy and the beds -comfortable. The food was amazing- freshly prepared, there was live entertainment every night at the restaurant! The spa and pools were the highlight of the stay. The spa treatments leave you relaxed and refreshed, the facilities were modern, and well maintained. Overall, this hotel delivers an experience that’s far above others. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway, this is THE place! Highly recommend!

I stayed at the hotel for a week to seek relief from severe back pain, and I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The facility was top notch, the customer service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Most importantly, the wide range of medical procedures available on site made a significant difference. I left pain-free and feeling better than I had in a long time. I’m already looking forward to returning for another treatment as a preventive measure. Highly recommended!

This is an upscale Spa hotel in the town of Pavel Banya. The room we were accomodated in was a studio on the 6th floor - it had a very nice view to the pool area and its surroundings. It was spacious and the build quality seemed impressive - door frames made of stone, good looking furniture, comfortable beds with a lot of pillows. The spa amenities are the highlight - several pools with vatiable water temperature, a hanging jacuzzi, several types of saunas, steam baths etc. The staff is really nice and helpful. Food was pretty good as well - it never felt wanting in quality, variety or quantity. The bell service is exceptionally good - the nice man at the door even valets your car for you in addition to helping with the luggage. Would definitely come back again!

Nice staff at the reception. Decent service (with some reserves and exceptions) in the restaurant and the SPA. Copious and tastefull food from the smorgasbord (HB). Working time of the SPA center is not adequate (opening time is just 11a.m. due to medical groop therapies, that anyhow occupy only the internal pool (remaining spaces staying empty). Generally overcrowded with people of a poor health culture with lack of hygienic habits. SPA-center inside space is too warm. Thus with the given working time it is impossible to find a somewhat quiet "clean" timeframe to enjoy the water and soak in. We also had a case with incorrect calculation of the final payment and were surprised by some due amount at the time of settlement. I do not recommend the hotel for recreation purposes.
