Hotel Review: We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a mixed experience. The positives: The location is absolutely excellent — just a short walk to the beach, shops, and bars. Perfect if you want to be close to everything. The rooms themselves were also quite nice, modern and comfortable. The downsides: Unfortunately, the staff were generally rude and unhelpful, which really let the place down. There was no poolside entertainment or music at all — we ended up bringing our own just to create a bit of atmosphere. The food was disappointing for a four-star hotel — very basic and poor quality, not what you'd expect from a hotel of this rating. One serious issue we had was with the bathroom design. There's a step that's not marked or identified in any way, and one of us tripped and sustained injuries because of it. Shockingly, there was no first aid box available on-site. This raises serious concerns about safety and guest care. Overall: Great location and nice rooms, but the service, food, and safety standards fall far short of what you'd expect from a four-star hotel.

Avoid this all inclusive hotel. We have done a number of All inclusive breaks and are not fussy eaters but the food here was like slop. The beer and mixers are all watered down and flat. Pool bar closed a day into our holiday so one small bar in restaurant open to all customers and hotel was full. Staff are miserable do not smile and bar man kept saying he couldn’t wait for season to end. Rooms were clean and we had a beach view the only plus to this holiday. Tea coffee and water in Room on arrival but sign saying once only and not replenished. This is not a 4 star hotel in my book. When we arrived we couldn’t check in for 2 hours advised to leave cases and come back . Would not give us our wristband so we could not get a drink or a bite to eat. This has never happened to us before even when we have arrived early morning or late at night. On the plus side beach was a stone’s throw with paid sunbeds but weather not the best in September. Wouldn’t go back chalk this up to experience. Service should be consistent from start of season to the end when you are paying the same prices.

The rooms, lobby, and facilities were all spotless and well-maintained. ✅ Rooms – Spacious, comfortable, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed. ✅ Food – Delicious and varied breakfast with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The hotel restaurant was also fantastic. ✅ Facilities – A luxurious pool, modern gym, and a peaceful spa made the stay even more enjoyable. From every aspect, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely come back again

We arrived late at night and check-in was smooth. A small welcome bag with a muffin, roll and apple was a nice touch after a long journey. Sadly, one of the only positives. Room: Looked fine at first but issues became clear. Weak air conditioning, dirty cups, badly placed suitcase holder (which injured my knee), and marked walls made the room feel tired and unkempt. Housekeeping: Very poor. Balcony never cleaned, bedding never changed, no hoovering or dusting all week. Bathroom only surface wiped. Worst of all, my makeup setting spray went missing. Reception dismissed this, saying staff are “thorough”, clearly not true. Other guests had the same complaints, which confirmed our experience. Staff & Service: Hit and miss. Some friendly, others cold. Inconsistent overall. Food & Drink: Repetitive, often lukewarm, overcooked and recycled between meals. Drinks limited, syrup-based cocktails, and spirits not included at main bar. We ended up eating out. Pool & Beach: Pool far too small for hotel size. Guests reserve sunbeds from early hours and staff don’t intervene. Beach is lovely but no hotel sunbeds. You would need to pay daily (9 Lev each for sunbed, umbrella, and table). Security was also weak; the gate between pool and beach was never locked. Hotel & Facilities: Looks decent at first glance but needs renovation. Lifts worked on our floor, but lower floors reported issues. Excursions (TUI): Sunset catamaran cancelled due to weather. Bulgarian Night was enjoyable but seating arrangements were unfair. We were separated from our group as certain tables were “reserved” for other nationalities. Only after repeated requests were we moved slightly closer. Local Area: Shops are overpriced and charge differently depending on the customer. Felt very money-driven. Overall: The hotel has potential but poor housekeeping, missing belongings, weak service, disappointing food, costly extras and lax security ruined our stay. The dismissive response from the reception staff to missing items was the final straw. I cannot recommend this hotel and would not return.

We arrived at the hotel late because of delayed flight, the hotel gave us "supper" in a form of apples, muffins and bread rolls. We've got a beautiful room with a view on a sea. The stuff is mostly nice and helpful(especially the young woman behind the reception). Food and drinks were good. Cleaning lady was cleaning our room every day and she was also very nice. I think the only negative thing about this hotel is small not very well done pool.
